The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.

We need to investigate what settings were made to cause that problem and you are agreed to send us – WP admin link access and credentials at contact@tagdiv.com ( please make a full backup to all files and the database before sending the email).
Also, you know we will do a test only with tagDiv plugins, and the other plugins will be disabled.
