When adding woocommerce to the site:

This isn’t working for us despite the fact that the code is correct. We designed the categories pages with a cloud template. Is this what’s causing the issue?

Hello,
That code needs to be set in the Theme files, maybe even in function.php => wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/functions.php
