RTL translation issue and Header date translation Issue

Hi Team,

We have an issue with the Urdu language some of the sentences are displayed in reverse order. https://prnt.sc/10hy9do

I want to display the above screenshot sentences in the right to left like this https://prnt.sc/10hydgf

Also, I don’t want to change some strings in different languages. https://prnt.sc/10hyii0

Unfortunately, Newspaper theme does not support RTL.
