Review snippet Error – "Rating is missing required best and/or worst values"

Hello,

We started using the tagDiv review feature, however, it seems to be throwing out some errors in Google search console.

Some of the errors we are getting include: “Rating is missing required best and/or worst values” “Rating value is out of range”

I will attach some pictures below so you can get a better understanding.

Hello Ana,

Thanks for getting back to me, I had google recrawl the URL and it fixed the error, however, it’s still showing the two warnings.

Can you assist me with fixing those warning messages?

Hello,

Those are some extra parameters for schema, also these parameters are optional, is no need for them, therefore you can ignore the warnings, this will not affect your website.
