I want the same grey color as background color when make new row to place blocks. How to?

Hi,
To have the same color when you add a new row go in CSS tab on the row and set the same color for background => https://prnt.sc/10joc1l -> https://prnt.sc/10jocpz and need to stretch the row as are the other rows =>https://prnt.sc/10jodqe, and then you will no longer have that margins.
