When I activate the AMP plugin in the theme, the pages show blank. And I want to display the Desktop layout as an AMP page for all the pages and sections.

Hello!
Unfortunately, you can not have the same design in AMP pages or Mobile Theme because they have their own design and also you can not modify them with TagDiv Composer.
