Using Newsmag theme you can achieve that by selecting an empty footer style -> https://i.imgur.com/DrXRqat.png and set in appearance> widgets in footer 1-2-3 the elements that you want to display -> https://i.imgur.com/4Zu3PNq.png

Unfortunately, Newsmag theme is limited and is possible to not be able to get the same exact look (or if you can you need to work a little more), if you had Newspaper this were more easier, for example there is no social element in widgets.
