How to remove border below category menu?

Hello!
Try to edit that page with TagDiv Composer, click on that element and easily delete by drag & drop the element at the bottom of the page in the red zone or by pressing the DELETE key.

That’s not possible, because this border appear under categories and have no Composer option.
What to do?

Hello!
I think that line it is a part of the header. My suggestion is to access a page which you can modify with TagDiv Composer and try to delete it.
