i have a problem with showing background ad, left and right big ad in the boxed website.
What can be a problem. I have a staging website setup, but i am sure, that you already know what am i talking about.

While i was waiting for an answer, one more thing is occuring, css is being removed
when theme update is done. I remmember there is one line of code, that needs to be inserted but i am unsure, that was in the past. Can you checkup on this also?

If you mean to set a background click ad image, then you need to set up an image in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Background -> Theme background and in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Ads -> Background click ad and here you can set the link for that background image.

No, i do not mean than, i mean, that is already setup, it is not showing an image, from picture that i have sent, you can see it is blank…
So, to resume, uploaded image (i found some backg from your demo) inserted, no repeat, fixed, after that went to ads, inserted google as link, and checked open in new tab.
Reload web, it gives nothing blank left and right, even web is in boxed view, only linked white to google.com

Edit the page with TagDiv Composer and check if there is no white background or some elements above them.
