Change Colour of Image Footers

Hi there,

I am wondering where I change the colour for the image credits in posts? Even where I change the style to be under the image, this does not seem to be anywhere in the template.

That post was created with the classic editor, the color on the border is the accent color from Theme Panel -> Theme Colors -> General theme colors => https://www.screencast.com/t/s8HgrihX

If you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
