I currently have a sidebar widget with a block of articles and am trying to filter articles by current – category. However, when I use this as the filter, it does not seem to work and shows all categories. I can select a specific category, but the ‘Current – Category’ filter does not work. Is there something that needs to be configured?

Where is that block added ? The Current Category function will only work when your block is in a category page.

It’s on a post page. Is there a ay to dynamically show categories there are does a separate template with a separate widget for each category need to be created?
