Hi,
If I understand correctly when you try to add an element you get the above error.
For this, please make sure that you do not have any plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
After you have only theme plugins try again to add the element, and see if the problem persists.
Thank you!
Thank you. You were right! After I disabled all the plugins except tagDiv composer, TagDiv Cloud Library, TagDivd Standard Pack I could add elements with no error.
I assume “All in One SEO” plugin is causing the problem after simple test by activating it and try to add element. I still want to use SEO plugin then I should turn on and off whenever I want to edit my site? Any suggestion?
Thank you in advance.
