The header menu on some of the pages isn’t displaying correctly. I think it was after the update to 10.4, but I can’t say for sure. It looks like for some reason on certain pages it isn’t using the theme css for the headers. The problem is random. I haven’t noticed it on any posts, but it shows up like that on all profile pages. It affects some category pages (https://travelingsession.com/category/festivals/) but not others (https://travelingsession.com/category/travel-tips/). I did notice on the category pages that were affected, the thumbnails weren’t showing for the posts. Any thoughts.
Hello!
Please re-install TagDiv Composer plugin, also make sure your WordPress and plugins are up to date.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Thank you!
I reinstalled TagDiv Composer and it fixed some of the random pages, but the problem is still there on all profile pages. TagDiv Composer is also causing an issue with our interactive map https://travelingsession.com/interactive-map/my-traveling-sessions/. It’s causing the map to lock into one place and you can’t move the map around. I’m checking for a conflicting plugin, I think these issues a from a recent update and not a new plugin.
Hello!
Try to downgrade the theme version and see if it is a problem from the recent update.
If you will find out it is from the new update, then we should take a look.
You can send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin, so we can easily investigate this issue. Also paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you.
Let us know and we will gladly assist you.
Thanks!
I downgraded the theme back to 10.3.9.1 and both issues cleared right up. I’ll send the email with a link to this topic as you requested. Let me know if you need any additional information.
