Indeed we tested your videos from website and it is as you said, but we tested this using a default theme from WordPress and the videos was still not working, therefore it may be a general problem from IOS. If you want, you can make a test with this.

Just videos that are directly uploaded (attached videos) don’t load at ios đ

Please check in Settings -> Media in your blogâs Dashboard, and see if you do not have a check box for âOnly display videos in free software formatsâ if yes uncheck it.

Another suggestion is to check to be sure that the videos are set correctly https://wordpress.org/support/article/video-shortcode/ and then try a video shortcode plugin, for example I saw that some users use Mykraft Theme Responsive Video Shortcode plugin.

Can you please confirm that the attached videos on your website fork fine with IOS?
We are using your theme for years, and uploading videos, it was all fine until now.

Is possible that this to be related to the WordPress version, because I see that you are using Newsmag 4.
We made some test with Newsmag v4.9.6 and the local videos are not loading on iOS therefore this situation is can be from the WordPress version.
So what I think that you can try, is to get a WP version under 5.5 and check to see if on this is working. Last thing, I have updated my .htaccess….
It is maybe at ios side?

We have a live website only for tests and on it when we set a default theme (Twenty Twenty) and the problem persisted, therefore the problem is not related to our theme, it can be from WordPress or IOS.
Now if you downgrade the WordPress and the problems was still there, that it means that it can be only from IOS.
