Third Part Plugin ShortCode Issue

Hi, I am trying to add a poll to my clients’ website but the shortcode provided shows as text instead of executing the action of it when using the tagdiv editor.

I tried adding a test page using the wordpress standard editor and the short codes work so apparently the issue is how tagdiv treats external short codes. Any idea how I can add short code to tagdiv?

Hello !

You can use the column text element in order to render shortcodes or use HTML codes.

Simply copy the shortcode and insert it in the text area of the column text as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/UEMEsVKog

Column text is an element from tagDiv Composer.
