Ok so here’s my example post –> https://travelindiana.com/enjoy-your-stay/
There is a keyword in there “white county” that when I do a search in main navigation, the article doesn’t pop up even though that keyword is listed in the content of the post. Other keywords in the content of the post such as Marshall County, Steuben County & Owen County all trigger the example post to pop up in the search results.
What is preventing that example article from appearing in the search results when I search “white county”?
Hello!
I just checked your website and I can find that post in the search list: https://www.screencast.com/t/Ohd58fbn5
Thank you!
Ok, thank you. My last question, is why the search results aren’t pulling the posts in chronological order? From your screencast, you can see articles from 2016 were pulling up before that article which is 2021.
How can I order search results to follow chronological order?
Thanks!
Hello!
That’s a bit strange, because it is working well on my side when I was testing it and it should be in the chronological order by default.
The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
