1. To change the color of the element, edit the page with tagDiv Composer => select the row and in the CSS tab, you can change the background color => https://www.screencast.com/t/7qJXLC3ewd
2. I think you referring to the block, that element is a Big Grid Full from Standard Pack => https://www.screencast.com/t/9BnlJXMa
3. Also, as I said at 1, now select the block and you can change the color of title from General tab => https://www.screencast.com/t/ueCoROopqng
