Adsense anchor ads are not loading on the newspaper theme’s mobile version (it is working fine without the mobile plugin). While checking with https://ksaexpats.com/#googleads it shows “a sticky element at the top or bottom already exists” how can I fix this?

Hello!

If you use Mobile Theme plugin, then you should add the ads in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile Theme -> Mobile Ads.
Can you provide a screenshot with the error?

Thank you!

I have correctly inserted the ad code. Matched content and Vignette ads work fine, the only issue is with Anchor ads. Here is the screenshot. Anchor Ads Error

Hi Ameenshyana, I don’t have an answer to your question but I did have a question for you since you’re using Google ads. When you implement them, does it drastically hinder your PageInsight scores? When mine were enabled my content was taking forever to load and my server response time was also high. As soon as I removed Google ads, it fixed all of the problems. Was wondering if your ads are slowing your site down at all?

Please share the solution with all of us, rather than keep asking people to contact you privately via email.

Hello!

Sometimes, we need more information about the issue, so we can help efficiently.
If you set up correctly the ads, then they should work well.
Check if you have some errors in the console and consult your Google Adsense account first.

Thank you!

I have been reporting this problem since August but it has not been resolved till today. There really is no support.

Hello @tapan29588!

I just checked your case, and it seems that my colleague replied to you and set it on the issue list for more investigation.

Please continue the discussion in the same place via email in order to avoid multiple replies.

They can put an image of how the ads of the mobile theme should be configured

Hello @nuevo116!

If you have the Mobile theme plugin installed and active, then you can display ads, you should add the ads in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile Theme -> Mobile ads in order to display on that mobile layout.
If you have AMP too, then you have an option for the AMP ads also.

Thank you!

“I just checked your case, and it seems that my colleague replied to you and set it on the issue list for more investigation.”

You need to make this more clear then. If there is no current fix for this, people need to know. We’ve spent all the time switching over to Newspaper and using your mobile theme, but are now losing 60% of the revenue from anchor ads because they wont display with your mobile theme on most devices.

This issue has been brought up by multiple people, and each time one of you gives the same old “Please put the ad code in the mobile theme section” response, completely ignoring the detail people have provided you on this issue.

Hello!

I provide the same response, because someone required “how the ads of the mobile theme should be configured” and this is the only way you can apply the ads there.
Other ads should be configured with a plugin called Ad Inserter plugin. Also, there are auto ads, etc. That’s why we need more details in order to help you efficiently.
There are a lot of cases, that’s why I specified “case”.

We have 3 options for the mobile version, not only Mobile Theme plugin.

If a case required more investigation, then how can I describe this more clear? Sometimes a case is different then how you described in a topic.

Thank you for your understanding!
