I am putting ads into a ad box however every time I add the URL in the ad url box under Image ad, it will not save it.
Although the site says the changes have been saved, when I go to click on the ad to see if its working it is not
I then go back to where I put the URL to be redirected to, the space is blank.

I just checked on my install and works well.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Thank you for your help and I was able to resolve the issue.
However this has let me to another question
When I use ad box and place a image in the ad box with a link to that ad, it changes them on several other pages at the same time
I am trying to have separate ads on separate pages
I know there are global settings and categories settings and as far as I can tell I am changing it to categories settings in order to put the ad on that specific page.
For clarification purposes.. I am referring to the manually placed ads on the top of each page.. for example here; https://ticotimes.5e.cr/categories/retirement
Not the side widget ads that are being placed by Adthrive.

If I understood correctly you want to have different ads on each category page, but on all categories, the same advertisement remains. this problem is because you use a global template for all categories, all you have to do is assign an individual template to each category, meaning you can use the same template but change its name to each category
