How can I hide row space with only an "AD BOX", when AD is empty?

Hi, how can I hide space generated by a row in Newspaper, containing only an AD BOX module, when the AD BOX is empty? I would like to see it only when the AD is sold.

Hello !

Perfect! I have to use an existent row. I was adding a new row only for “AD BOX”. Thank you!
