My question is – can I use one more, on a different domain & hosting, or do I need to buy the theme again?

The point is – I want to use one more Pre-built Website (from here https://preview.themeforest.net/item/newsmag-news-magazine-newspaper/full_screen_preview/9512331_), along with the one I am currently using.

The same purchase key can be used to activate your development copies and also the live version of your theme. Using test platforms is allowed with the same envato key.
According to Envato license terms, a theme can be used for a single end product (website):
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular

Hi chronicportal, a license can be use only for one online website.
Therefore you can not use the same license for a new website if there is already one that is using the key.
