HELP CUSTOMISING THESE TITLES, WHERE DO I CHANGE THEM FROM

In a newspaper theme, the default template, I have Titles like LIFESTYLE NEWS,MAKE IT MODERN, HOUSE DESIGN. How do I edit them to my own Titles. I cant seem to locate where to edit them from

Those are Categories. You will have to remove those and add new Categories. https://www.wpbeginner.com/glossary/category/
