Hi there,
I faced with some problems. I created a page & then inserted some texts on that page. Then those pages appeared under my categories pages which are in category template. Below is the example picture.

How have you added that text ? If it is added in the WP Editor it will be shown under the template content.
But at the moment your templates are looking good.
