How do I remove or disable the text that shows up when I hover over an post?

My boss is insisting that I disable this feature for some reason. This is something in the theme, not in the browser. I assume I would have to go do something with the CSS or PHP code and I don’t want to screw anything up. Would someone tell me how I would go about disabling this?

Hello,

Our theme doesn’t have an option to show the tooltip.
Usually, this tooltip is coming from other plugin that you have.
