I want to edit the mobile menu, the image in the mobile menu, but I can’t do it when I hover over it.

Hello,
If I understood correctly, you want to change the background image for the mobile menu, right?
To change the background image for the menu on mobile, please access Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Background -> Mobile menu/search background and change the image from here https://www.screencast.com/t/ATV1Jr7s
