The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.

Efetuei a instalação em um novo ambiente para teste do zero, somente com os arquivos do TEMA, e o erro continua. Só estou usando os plug-ins do tagDiv.
