These changes must be made in the theme files, if you want you can find the files for flex block in this path wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/shortcodes and the modules used in this path
wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/modules

You can find the category grid 1 in this path wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/modules/tdb_module_cat_grid_1.php
