add excerpts in block1

Hi there,

I am using Block1 with a ‘Load more’ button at the end. Block1 shows in the left column title and excerpt and in the middle and right columns the title only.

How can I add an excerpt also in the second middle and right column of block2?

$buffy .= $this->get_excerpt(10);
