There is no facility to add plugins, which i thought was a result of the original developer not activating. So I bought a license, meaning this site has been paid for twice – free lunch on us 🙂
How do I get the ability to add plugins?

Answered my own question – the production house even locked out administrators (and hid the config file). I repaired the configuration and all is well.
