Help with mobile header

Hello,

This is how I see the mobile header when using TagDivcomposer settings : https://www.screencast.com/t/ljNYZhXS.

However, this is how it really looks like on mobile, as you see there is a black banner : https://www.screencast.com/t/bdB1MC5bdd.

I have to begin scrolling to see the logo and menu : https://www.screencast.com/t/i9gojSld7r.

How do I do to display logo and menu instead of the black banner ?

Hello!

Please check if you have the mobile header global for desktop and mobile too.
If there still is that problem, then the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

In this case, the header should appear. Please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin, so we can investigate this issue. Also paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you.
