TagDiv Mobile Theme – plugin layout not working

Hello,

I currently have a developer working on modifying the style of a plugin (AAWP) he has managed to create a custom template and the plugin works fine on the desktop version of the website.

This is how it should look on Mobile and Desktop:https://gyazo.com/21ca039edb78065d48df48a39070ac3b
As you can see it works fine on desktop, but the mobile version is still showing the default theme which looks like this: https://gyazo.com/f602f85bf66e728077d44a152c059ef8

He says if he disables the tag div mobile theme plugin, it works fine.

Could anyone give him a little helping hand to point him in the right direction?

Thanks!
– Dan

Hello!

If you have the Mobile Theme plugin installed and active, it could be possible for some CSS code to be overwritten, that’s why, you can uninstall it and it will display the responsive version of your desktop.

Thank you!

Hello!

Yes, that’s why I recommend to uninstall the plugin if you want it to be displayed correctly.
Otherwise, this will require custom work which is not covered by the support team.

Thank you!

Hello,

Okay thank you for the reply, I have a developer working with this. Could you just point him in the right direction of the custom work that’s needed?

Uninstalling the mobile theme is not really an option for me as it significantly increases mobile speed.

Thanks for the help.

Hello!

AAWP plugin is not a tested one and we do not provide support for untested plugins too.

Thank you for understanding!

Hello,

So could you not at least help in terms of which files to edit?

If you have knowledge of how the theme works this should be a very easy answer for you.

Thanks.

Hello!

It is not about knowledge here. It depends about your custom template made by someone. So, without a large inspection on that “custom template”, I can not say to you which files you should edit, and again this is not covered by the support team. Ask your developer to find a solution for your custom template, if not, then we can help you to build a custom template without any conflicts at our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/

We are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding!
