I have a legitimate purchased copy of newspaper. Bought license 2019. Now, all of the sudden, the theme unregisters and asks me to register with purchase code. When I do, it activates (hooray). But ALL of my customizations are gone. Then I have to restore a previous version of my site, and the process starts over again. I can’t get out of this loop and I’m pulling my hair out. Any help is SUPER appreciated. I bought the theme from themeforest.

Please make a staging website and send us via email at contact@tagdiv.com wp-admin URL and the credentials for the staging website to can investigate and to be able to do tests and see where the problem comes from.
Also, please make a full backup to all files and the database https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LAJXrSI-dDA and make sure your WordPress and plugins are up to date.

I have created the staging site and since Bogdan had a user account previously, I updated his access to admin. Any help is super appreciated. It seems as though every 24 hours the site is unregistering.

I have created an admin profile with the contact@tagdiv email address now.
Just as a note, our theme has unregistered again, changed design, and is unfunctional. I believe this is 8-9 times now. It appears every 24 hours the theme is unregistering and changing the design. We are starting to lose conversions (money) so we are really hoping you all can help us quickly.
