I use a plugin for all the Rich text and SEO
After checking it , the theme is adding rich text on his own : Specially Breadcrumbs
I know that under Theme > post setting > Disable schema text : but this is NOT enought
It remains that the THeme is writting the Breadcrumbs : does the options : Template > Template settings > breadcrumbs has something to see with the schema rich text , it seems no

You can enable/disable them from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Template settings -> Breadcrumbs.
Also, if you use SEO Yoast plugin, then you can enable/disable them from Yoast SEO -> Search Appearance -> Breadcrumbs.

I have the Newspaper Theme version 10.4 and am not seeing the Breadcrumb option per your post. Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Template settings -> Breadcrumbs. Would like to remove the disable the Breadcrumb for pages and also the page title from displaying as well. Please assist with making these changes.

If your settings are missing from theme panel, then make sure you have Standard Pack installed and active.
