footers disappears in TagDiv composer

excuse me. when i click TagDiv composer, it does not show a footers for me to customize . the end of customization screen is categories session ( i use magazine pro interface of newspaper themes), the footers seems like disappear. Tell me a solution for this, please. Thanks.

What do you use for the footer?
Footer from Theme Panel, footer template from Cloud Library or footer page?

i use Cloud Library to create footers. i don’t understand why i can’t edit it in TagDiv Composer. when i click Theme Panel, it shows only template session, no footers setting.

Hello,

We need to investigate what settings were made to cause that problem, please make a full backup to all files and the database and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com Provide
– wp-admin URL and credentials
– cPanel URL and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you

Also, you know we will do a test only with tagDiv plugins, and the other plugins will be disabled.
