We try to use WPForm or Contact Form 7 but shortcode do not save in Column Text whenever we try to input it on Edit content and paste the shortcode.

that you see is the html raw with google forms but we do not want that
we only see using column text the shortcode but it is not saving…

Please note after writing the content, close the WP editor window, you need to press Save: https://www.screencast.com/t/ks8M8YoFtF
If you respect these steps and also is not saving, then the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
