On the test site ticotimes.5e.cr I changed the fonts to Montserrat and Lato. However I only see Montserrat when I am in the Tagdiv.
When I go to the test page at https://ticotimes.5e.cr/categories/arts-culture
I get a different font.
See attached the 2 difference.. Font 2 is montserrat
Hi Bettina
Thank you for your quick response. I cleared the cache but still seem to have the issue on both desktop and mobile
Is their a way to send or upload to you the 2 different images I see when in the 2 modes? I have a snippet of the 2 different looks.
Thanks
Hello!
A solution for sending a screenshot is this:
Download, capture, send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link, paste it here.
Thank you!
This is the “live” shot of the way it appears when NOT editing in tagdiv composer https://www.screencast.com/t/uLHiC2DLcdU
This is the way it looks when editing it in TagDiv Composer

I cannot figure out why the fonts are displaying differently.
Thanks for the help

Hello!
First of all, try to do these steps as quickly as possible, so your visitors do not notice the process:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Also, please start looking for a plugin conflict, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If this won’t help, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!
Thank you!
