Was trying to fix a client’s storefront and noticed the following in the WooCommerce status report.
Newsmag/woocommerce/archive-product.php version – is out of date. The core version is 3.4.0,
Newsmag/woocommerce/single-product.php version – is out of date. The core version is 1.6.4
They’re on the most current version of the theme and and all plugins. Due to this issue no variable products work on the store, nor does the cart appear properly. Is there a fix?

So if I understand correctly, on that website it use the latest Newsmag theme, v4.9.6 also the WooCommerce should be 5.3.0 only those will work with the latest WordPress version (WP v.5.7 or grater).

Correct.
The site is on WordPress 5.7.2. WooCommerce 5.3.0 and NewsMag 4.9.6
The issue is affecting variable price products mostly such as https://www.fybush.com/product-category/calendars/2021/
