I just got an idea, maybe you can use the ads fields to set your code for newsletter (the code that you set it in newsletter), in this way this should be seen inside the theme. Usually, this should not affect your website -> https://i.imgur.com/2aow2D6.png the results will be something lie this -> https://i.imgur.com/bt31M48.png (you can use a css to adjust the style).
This is just and solution that maybe it can help you, it is not the best way to do it, but I think that it is the only way at this moment.

Okay thanks but in this it is showing advertisement word there how to remove it, if this is possible I think this can be the best way right now
