Customising Element to show Top 10 articles with numbering

Thanks for the great theme. I have a question on whether it is possible to update Newspaper’s Theme elements to achieve the following interface? The Element would have “Numbering” followed by the content on the right side.

Unfortunately, this element with those functions is not included in our theme at the moment.
