Have a design question. Why between the title box and line , where the title of every post box is , the free space is exist ??

I have use Chrom browser on my PC but on the other browsers , I mean smartphone or tablet , that gap is NOT exist.
Can you tell me whats wrong 🙂 ????

This is how the blocks were created, if you want to reduce the space between the block title and modules, you must use a custom CSS code => https://www.screencast.com/t/3ON5j9ybq1QA

margin-bottom: 0;
}
Set the code in Theme Panel -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS.
