tagDiv Cloud Library plugin isn't available on Newsmag theme

Hello, I’ve found that tagDiv Cloud Library plugin isn’t available for installation in my Newsmag theme.

Could you please tell if it’s possible to download it from somewhere else and use it with my Newsmag theme?

Hi,
The tagDiv Cloud Library plugin is not part from Newsmag package, this is only on Newspaper theme.
