Header is not the same on different browsers.. Also, the header is different on different browsers then it is on the editor.
Footer shows different on mobile then on desktop, only on one page, and mobile theme is not activated. The other pages display both the header and footer correctly.

I’m sorry, I don’t understand exactly what you mean by “Header is not the same account different browsers”, can you provide some more details? A link to your website and some screenshots to understand better the issue, and to be able to help you effectively.
