How do I leave my texts with these spaces?

Hi,
I think that you are referring to those spaces -> https://i.imgur.com/6pqEPxn.png for those just press the “enter” two times and that extra gap should make the text to have that space.

If you are referring to the left and right space, this was made when the articles was created (using classic editor, do not use the option on images, only on text) -> https://i.imgur.com/xGpoAr3.png and the results are -> https://i.imgur.com/n7pp5zn.png
