Newspaper theme update

I updated the theme to 11 but now the site is not displaying correctly

The site is ticotimes.5e.cr

This happened with the last update and there was a suggestion on how to fix it but I cannot find it anymore

Go into the plugins menu and turn the TD plugins back on (Composer etc), then it should work, if you are using a cache, clear it once.

I updated activated the plugins but I continue to have the issue.
I tried on mobile as well and the same
