Can't save setting from theme panel

Hi,
we’re activating your theme but we can’t customize the theme option: saving from theme panel is not working, it stuck with image loader.
Already checked sys status and seems everything is fine.

Any ideas?

Hi,
we deactivate all plugins except tagDiv plugins, but we still get the error:

POST https://www.xxx.xx/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?td_theme_name=Newspaper&v=11
[HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden 111ms]

What should we do?
