After upgrading to version 11 my site crashed. How can i to downgrade and rerinstall oder TD plugins?

Access Newspaper -> Updates and you can choose which version you want from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/koQUowsCYQR and from Newspaper -> Plugins you can see which plugin you have active or not.
