Hello, can anybody help me figure it out why when I share a post on social media sometimes shows the blurb w the image thumbnail and title… but sometimes it doesn’t. What am I doing wrong? Is there a different configuration I need to use?

Please check if the article image size is correct or not, then set it correctly.
If the article image size is correct and also you didn’t solved the issue, then you can upload again the images in full size.

Where you upload the image in Media, there is a setting with the size of the image and please select full size.
Also, please make sure that you have enabled the proper thumbs with these sizes in order to show the featured images properly, check this: https://www.screencast.com/t/N18dR3qZrh
After activating the thumbnail sizes you need to regenerate your thumbnails using a plugin. Check this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-the-theme-with-existing-content/
