Custom Font not loaded (404 not found)

Hi there,

i tried to follow the guides to upload custom font, in this case i am trying to upload lato font and it does not loaded, but instead it shows this error:

GET http://verztec-online.com/clients/annals/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/lato-medium-webfont-1.woff net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)

Is there anything that i missed out here?

Hi,
Please check with FTP and see if that path exists, is possible that you no longer have that path or something to be change.
If the problem persist, please try to set again the woff file, upload it using media from WordPress.
