I have newspaper theme. I was recently making some edits to the front page. The page is http://www.znsbahamas.com.
If you scroll down to where the header says “BAHAMAS TONIGHT TOP STORIES”
Below that it says “LATEST STORIES” i cannot access that block to edit or delete. Can anyone provide some guidance on how I can achieve this?

You can edit with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/FBflrtczp4a, scroll til to that block and select the title/block => https://www.screencast.com/t/sGnSp5OwfME
