How do I contact Tagdiv for help? I can’t find any way to send a message or contact them at all. I paid to extend technical assistance coverage for Newsmag, but can’t find out how to use it.
I have been trying to upgrade our Newsmag theme for months. We are on version 4.7. It is breaking down badly. Searchs never produce any results no matter what the searth terms. On the pages that show the categories none of the images are shown only the titles of blog posts. There are other problems too. When I upgrade to a new version all of the settings are lost. It took a great deal of time to modify the look and feel of NewsMag to fit in with our Shopify store design. It would take a lot of time to redo the settings every time we upgrade. I followed the instructions on your website each time to supposedly save the settings, but it never works.UP

This situation appeasers when you try both theme update methods? Also if this problem appear when you try to update the theme only with theme plugins, please make a full backup and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com provide wp-admin, cPanel and include this topic in email.
